This paper examines the issues of the pandemic and post-pandemic period of COVID 19. An analysis of the economic transformation and the possibility of Georgia’s economic policy to overcome the crisis. The main policies and decisions should be based on the processes of steady digitalization of the processes of restoration and implementation of new trends. The changes will affect business models, which implies the emergence of a new differentiated business cycle. The study is based on the use of web pages and decisions of the Georgian government. The study assesses the changes taking place in the Georgian economy.
